After an action-packed morning, we’ll sit down at Teresa’s Mijares Restaurant for a home-cooked Spanish meal, where authentic flavors and warm hospitality make lunch part of the experience.

MijaresIn the afternoon, we’ll make our way to Screeching Bird Canyon, a breathtaking gorge sculpted over time by the Mijares River. The sheer scale of this place is humbling, and if we’re lucky, we might even hear the canyon’s namesake—the echoing calls of birds soaring high above.
