Curi-Cancha ReserveCuri-Cancha is a birdwatcher's paradise. Quetzals, bellbirds, boobies, orange-bellied trogons, and many others are frequently seen. In fact, more than 200 species of birds have been observed in Curi-Cancha. Among the most commonly seen mammals are the armadillo, coati, agouti, thrush, ocelot, two-toed sloth, and three species of monkeys: the howler monkey, the white-faced monkey, and the spider monkey. Curi-Cancha is a birdwatcher's paradise. Quetzals, bellbirds, boobies, orange-bellied trogons, and many others are frequently seen. Selvatura ParkExplore the Biodiversity of Monteverde on Our Hanging Bridges Experience a one-of-a-kind adventure at Selvatura Park, where walking on our hanging bridges allows you to admire the lush flora and fauna of Monteverde’s cloud forest. From these bridges, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the forest at various heights, giving you a chance to observe the incredible biodiversity of this unique ecosystem. The tour spans 3 kilometers of trails and eight bridges, ranging from 55 to 157 meters in length. With a width of 1.22 meters, each bridge is designed to hold 50 to 80 people at once, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience amidst the trees.
