Guests departing from Banff Train Station should wait at the designated pick-up area at the train station. Guests departing from Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal should wait at the bus loading area near Mount Royal Hotel in downtown Banff. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure and remain at your selected pick-up location until the shuttle arrives. Banff Train Station and Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal are separate locations, and drivers cannot search for passengers at multiple pick-up points.
