  • If you need to bring luggage/wheelchair/stroller on board, please inform us in advance. A service fee will be charged as the guide needs to arrange vehicle space accordingly.
  • We offer infant seats upon request. Please let us know in advance, as there will be an installation and cleaning fee. To avoid additional costs, we recommend bringing your own infant seat.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
