MorayMoray, with its circular terraces that descend like enormous amphitheaters toward the earth, holds the secrets of an ancient agricultural laboratory. Each level was a living experiment, where the ancient Incas domesticated plants, adapting them from the icy heights to the warm valleys, and vice versa, as if playing with the climate itself. In 1985, by placing thermometers on each terrace, researchers witnessed a silent spectacle: each level had its own microclimate, its own temperature, its own life.

Salt Maras PeruWith over 7,200 salt pools, shimmering like snow in the sunlight, the Maras Salt Mines are renowned for their remarkable medicinal properties. This Peruvian treasure is not only an invaluable resource for the country but also a coveted commodity in international markets. Located near the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas, these salt mines offer a truly unique spectacle. Currently, access by ATV is prohibited, so we traveled by our transport for 10 minutes to admire this fascinating site before returning to Cusco.
