Tastings at each vineyard visited (typically 4 in a day) Lunch (accompanying wine is available to purchase, of course!) The Yarra Valley. This is the region where Victoria’s wine industry began back in the 1830s. The diverse soils and temperate weather enable the Yarra Valley to produce a wide range of classic wine styles. It is renowned for its outstanding cool climate wines: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, sparkling wines and savoury Rose's.
