This activity included 1 Appetizer, 1 main and 1 dessert of your choice. This is an activity with locals, it's an amazing experience to understand the Moroccan food and culture, animated by my Mom which will be so much fun and full of joy.
You'll go with my mom to a local market to purchase the necessary ingredients for your class and then you'll learn how Moroccan bargain for their weekly purchase.
Once you finished from the market you'll get back home and start th cooking class of your choice: Moroccan vegetables tagine, Moroccan lamb tagine, Moroccan sweet tagine made of dried figs, prunes and apricots, Moroccan couscous or TRID (100% Moroccan speciality).
My mom is a local lady that will welcome you at her own house, so prepare yourself to live like a Moroccan.
Keep in mind that Moroccan food is so diverse and vibrant in color and flavor. The flavor combinations, aromatic spices and exotic ingredients make even the most basic dishes amazing.
