Moroccan Cooking Class with chef Mama Nouzha

Join Nouzha and me for a cooking class that highlights Moroccan spices and local dining traditions. Together, we will prepare a feast and share it as one family, experiencing authentic Moroccan culture.

You'll go with my mom to a local market to purchase the necessary ingredients for your class and then you'll learn how Moroccan bargain for their weekly purchase.
Once you finished from the market you'll get back home and start th cooking class of your choice: Moroccan vegetables tagine, Moroccan lamb tagine, Moroccan sweet tagine made of dried figs, prunes and apricots, Moroccan couscous or TRID (100% Moroccan speciality).
My mom is a local lady that will welcome you at her own house, so prepare yourself to live like a Moroccan.
Keep in mind that Moroccan food is so diverse and vibrant in color and flavor. The flavor combinations, aromatic spices and exotic ingredients make even the most basic dishes amazing.
