Equipped with a flashlight and led by your experienced guide, you’ll hike for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the summit.
As you arrive at the top (1,717 meters), you’ll be greeted by a mesmerizing sunrise over the clouds. Watch as the first light of day paints the sky in vibrant colors, offering panoramic views of Lake Batur, Mount Abang, and even Mount Rinjani in Lombok on a clear day.
While enjoying the view, your guide will prepare a simple volcanic breakfast, including eggs boiled in the natural steam of the volcano, fresh banana sandwiches, and a warm cup of coffee or tea.
After some time exploring the crater and capturing unforgettable memories, you’ll begin the descent, taking in the scenic volcanic landscape before returning to Pura Jati.
