Normally , it takes about 1.5 hours from hotel to Great wall if no heavy traffic. After arrival , your driver would help you get great wall entrance tickets ( Excluded) , and would show you what is best route for exploring Great wall . You can choose chairlift up and slid down or cable car up and cable car down ( Excluded) , your driver would give best advice based on your situation . Ming Tombs (Ming Shishan Ling)On the way to Ming Tomb( Changling) , you can have a lunch if you need , your driver can recommend restaurant based on your requests. About 1 hour riding , you will visit Changling which is the largest in scale and is completely preserved. The total internal area of the main building is 1956 square meters.
