You have chance to understand more about the terrible War in Vietnam with the visit of the My Lai monument. This site was built for memory of the civilians. Only Women and Children about 502 people who were killed during Viet nam- American War. It is located on the land where American troop under learder of Mr. William Carney massacred the local people in the morning of 16th March 1968. About 502 old women & Children were killed by American troop by shooting, and The colour of small river in My lai Village changed to become red colour Because of Blood of 502 Children and old women were killed by shooting. It was very terrible war and sad experience.
