Start off the feasting with a snack of delicious Miso Kushi Katsu, skewered meat with a hearty red Miso sauce and specialty of Nagoya.
Next, you will try another Miso snack, Gohei Mochi, grilled rice on a stick smothered in Miso sauce. You will also try Karaage fried chicken at one of the best shops in Osu, followed up by tenmusu, or rice balls with shrimp tempura (another local specialty).
