During this experience, you will learn how to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza from start to finish, guided by a friendly local chef. After a warm welcome and a first glass of wine, you will begin by tasting traditional wood-fired bread topped with cherry tomatoes.
Next, you will prepare your own dough: mixing, kneading and working it by hand while following the chef’s demonstrations. Once ready, you will shape your dough into the classic pizza base and add fresh local ingredients to create your own Margherita.
