Learn how to make Neapolitan gnocchi from scratch in this delicious class! This complete culinary lesson takes place in my home-setting, typical neapolitan Home. During this hands-on cooking class, we'll make GNOCCHI. An appetizer like Bruschetta with local oil and tomatoes. An homemade dessert like Tiramisu' or Babà will be included in your meal! You'll learn to make pasta sauces from scratch (boiled potatoes, tomato sauce, etc) with easy-to-follow recipes to take home. We'll get our aprons on, get messy, sip prosecco and have fun while cooking. The lesson will end with a leisurely meal over wine, friends, our freshly made pasta creations and dessert.
