Nearly as soon as the trail starts, we see views of Manaslu (8163 meters). Several days of hiking through the lively sub-tropical forest lead us to a major highlight of the trek: the Kang La Pass (5320 m). Here lies a breathtaking panorama of Annapurna II (7937 m), Annapurna III (7555 m), Annapurna IV (7525 m), Gangapurna (7455 m)
