Your journey starts at our studio in Reykjavik, where Andri will introduce you to the method and explain how your body reacts to stress. You’ll try simple breathing and mindset techniques to help you stay calm in the Cold . Next, you’ll head out for a relaxing sauna (optional), and then travel to a peaceful natural spot - like the ocean, a lake, or a waterfall - where you’ll practice Cold exposure. By the end, you’ll feel refreshed, empowered, and ready to welcome the Cold as your new friend in Iceland.
