Begin your hands-on Buenos Aires Italian cooking class with a glass of Argentinian red wine in Nico's small kitchen. During your cooking class, you will learn to make a starter and pasta with two types of fillings. You might learn to make ravioli filled with homemade ricotta and basil with lemon zest in a sage butter and braised meat with citrus in a classic tomato sauce or other types of pasta such as tonarelli alla carbonara, gnudi, cavatelli or gnocchi. After cooking, enjoy your creations at the dining table, accompanied by two glasses of wine, followed by a homemade dessert.
