This is not a fast-paced hike, but an enjoyable nature walk which is also suited for families and less "athletic" individuals. HOWEVER, the optional ascent to the summit does require some physical effort.
While some rain is no reason to cancel, in dangerours weather conditions (ej. thunder storm) the activity would have to be cancelled.
