There are two tour itineraries planned. Package A: New York City tour on 2nd day&6th day, Washington DC and Niagara Falls on day 3-5. ; Package B: visit New York City tour on 5th day&6th day, Washington DC and Niagara Falls on day 2-4. Tourists can choose a tour plan that suits their preferences and needs

Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.

Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.

Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.

Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.

Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.

Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.

Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily

If airport pick up service is not necessary on the first day, Please make a note while the booking. Hotel self-check in is available after 3pm. Please contact tour operator in advance for check in details.
