If you request a pick-up from a hotel on Iriomote Island, the meeting time will differ from the displayed time. To inform you of the exact meeting time the day before, please be sure to contact us using the method stated on your ticket.

Minimum Number of Participants: The minimum number of participants for this plan is 2. If this number is not reached, the tour will be canceled free of charge (we will contact you the day before the participation date).

Participation Requirements: The target age is 3 to 65 years old. Pregnant women, children under 3 years old, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult with us in advance.

Equipment and Safety: To ensure safety, please strictly follow the guide's instructions.

Regarding Weather: Tours will generally proceed even in the rain. However, if the field conditions are deemed dangerous, the tour may be canceled.

Clothing and Preparation: Please participate in clothes that you do not mind getting wet. There are no restrooms on-site, so please use one beforehand. Participation while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.

Supported Languages: The tour will be guided in Japanese or English. Please note that depending on reservation status, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only.
