The Carnegie Whisky CellarsThis is a first rate Whisky Shop , well stocked with famous Whiskies and Gins. The proprietor is very knowledgeable as to tax and importation laws in many countries and provides a mailing service. Ironically it is in a building origionally provided by Carnegie who him self was teetotal !
