Visit Ola Distillery, located on a historic sugar mill property overlooking Hilo Bay, for a guided 75 to 90-minute exploration of Hawaiʻi’s heritage spirit, ʻŌkolehao. During this approximately 1.5-hour experience, travelers enter the distillery and learn about the history of this once-lost traditional Hawaiian spirit and its modern revival.
