Upon arrival, you will find your personal workstation ready with everything you need: pre-measured semolina and water, boiled potatoes, and utensils. After a short introduction to Sardinian ingredients and culinary traditions, you will begin kneading and shaping the pasta step by step.
The lesson is suitable for everyone, including beginners. You will be guided throughout the entire process, from preparing the dough to learning traditional techniques passed down through generations.
During the class, you can enjoy included beverages such as wine, beer, soft drinks, and water.
