Hacienda Guzmán is much more than a place of production: it is a world benchmark in oil tourism that invites you to discover the evolution of olive oil, from its origins to the current innovation, in the heart of Andalusia. Its history dates back more than five centuries, when Hernando Colón, son of Christopher Columbus, exported the oil made on the estate to the New World. Between the 16th and 19th centuries, its three towers housed beam mills, making it one of the largest oil mills of the time. Today, the Hacienda preserves an original 17th-century mill with a 15-meter mahogany beam, where the traditional process is recreated, in contrast to the modern mill where one of the most select oils in the world is produced.
