Marta, the agronomist of the family has followed the passion of her ancestor. She will guide you through her biological farm: you’ll visit the oil mill and the production areas, she ‘ll teach you the quality and the differences between olive oil and you’ll participate in a professional olive oil tasting, learning how to recognize the different type of oil and how to pair them with food.
