Valle de UcoOn this day we will see the future of the Argentina wine industry as we enjoy premium tastings and learn about high-altitude grape growing, all surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. During the day we will visit three modern wineries of varying sizes – with a focus on the smaller, more boutique wineries that are far away from mass tourism and offer a more intimate experience. We will visit their wine-making facilities, vineyards and enjoy high-end tastings in all the bodegas. We always include a little extra with the tasting, for example in some wineries we taste from the tank or barrel or enjoy a cheese pairing with our wines.
