Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. To respect all participants, the tour will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.

Latecomers or No-Shows will not be refunded, and changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.

If rain is expected, it is recommended to bring your own umbrella or raincoat just in case.

The tour may be canceled or postponed due to bad weather. A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.

Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count. According to the Taiwan law, children under the age of four are required to use a child safety seat. Please inform us in advance if you need one, and we will prepare it for you (An additional charge of TWD 300 may apply for each child seat).
