If you are looking to improve your surfing on the warm and uncrowned waves of Costa Rica, and have an unforgettable adventure, this five group surf lessons is perfect for you. Montezuma and Cabuya are two small beach fisher towns in the south of the Nicoya Peninsula surround protected areas and nationals parks, our beaches are protected and exclusive for the small number of visitors we receive a year. Been the perfect place for beginners and intermediate surfers.
So on your first day of surfing, we will take you to playa Grande our best beach brake (Sandy bottom) in the area for beginners and intermediate, we will meet you point at the ice Cream shop in Montezuma town and from there we hike 30 minutes of a beautiful trail along the ocean, crossing few National parks. yes, playa grande is in the middle of two National parks.
There we will make an assessment of your surfing level and create a plan to suit your skills, usually on the first session we make a theoretical introduction and practical.
We have several point brakes choices in Cabuya where we usually take intermediate surfers to work on paddling out, catching waves before they brake and set up line on the face of the waves.
