You will learn how to cook Costa Rica traditional food:
- Empanadas
- Arroz con Pollo (perfumed rice with chicken)
- Tortillas con Queso (handmade tortillas with local cheese)
- Picadillo de Papa (potatoes in chunks with ground beef)
*I will send you the list of ingredients so you can be prepared for the class and a Zoom meeting link. You will need the basic equipment you can find in a kitchen.
This is the Online version of my onsite experience "Cooking Costa Rica Homemade Food" which I host at my house in Huacas, Costa Rica.

Making tortillas and empanadas are perfect activities for children, they love playing with corn dough, I do that with my little grandson Samuel when he visits me.
The cooking class starts at 11 am CST or 3 pm CST on a Zoom meeting, it lasts max 2 hours (varies depending on the number of online guests and their skills in the kitchen). You will have quality bonding time and learn about our culture.
