In the moment you register for a Mindfulness or Yoga Open Class experience we will let you know where to find our weekly classes. We have classes in Nas, in Avlaki (pick up in Armenistis), in Agios Kirikos and in Therma.
You can sign in for a 'Meditation-On-The-Rocks' experience in Avlaki or Medi-Yoga classes in Nas, Agios Kirikos and Therma. Apart from the 4 weekly open classes on donation basis, we also offer 1on1 coachings & healing sessions in powerful nature spots as well as magical 'Miracle Tours' guided by a famous local artist into the 'intrinsic nature' of this magic island.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
