Learn to make authentic Chinese dumplings from scratch in a hands-on cooking class led by a local home chef. You’ll meet at Jordan MTR Station and begin with a short walk through a nearby local market to shop for fresh, organic pork (or vegan ingredients if preferred).
Then, head to a cozy café kitchen where you’ll prepare dumpling filling from scratch and make both handmade and ready-made wrappers. Clear, step-by-step instructions make the class suitable for beginners and food lovers alike.
