As a founder of Feliz Yau Cooking Class started in 2018, I will share my family recipes with you step by step. Master the art of Xiao Long Bao—Shanghai-style soup dumplings—in this immersive cooking class. After meeting at Jordan MTR Station, join your host for a guided market walk to purchase fresh, organic pork. And show you how a local buy groceries in that market.
At the kitchen café, you’ll learn each step of the process: making dough from scratch, preparing the filling, and wrapping the delicate soup dumplings. Detailed, easy-to-follow instructions ensure beginners can participate confidently.
Every guest makes 10 handmade Xiao Long Bao, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
Vegetarian option is available and please state it while booking in special requirement.
Morning/Afternoon/ Private / Big Group class options are available on request by contacting me.
