Our adventure begins at our tour center in downtown Oslo. From here, we’ll hop on the metro and enjoy a scenic ride through a breathtaking landscape. As we leave the city behind, the views over the fjord will unfold before you, setting the stage for a day of exploration. As you reach the Frognerseteren station, you will be greeted by crisp fresh air and breathtaking panoramic views. From here, we enjoy a leisurely hike through the glorious green forest, keeping an eye out for trolls of course, and past mysterious small lakes, said to be inhabited by the mystical creature Huldra.

Soon, we come to DNT Fuglemyrhytta - a small cabin that offers a cozy spot to relax, maybe have a snack, and take in the views.

Vettakollen ViewpointOur adventure continues through the forest to the most spectacular spot of our journey – the summit of Vettakollen mountain. From here, you can feast your eyes on large parts of Oslo, the Oslo fjord, and its serene coastline, dotted with numerous small islands.
