Here, you will learn the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine in an outdoor cooking class with our mother, feed our animals with kitchen scraps (yes, nothing is wasted here), slow down, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our eco-farm, and share meaningful time with our family.
The day will begin at 11h00 and the program is as follows :
- Welcome with fresh garden juice and homemade pastries
- Introduction to local spices
- Hands-on cooking class in our outdoor kitchen : using locally sourced inigredients
- Guided farm tour and animal feeding
- Shared Lunch : Gather to enjoy our meal together, experiencing local food-sharing customs.
- Free time : time to relax and chill under one of our olive or lemon trees, enjoy our rooftop view, storytelling, ...
- Tea Time : Conclude the day with a demonstration of our tea-making ritual, a perfect way to end our day together.
