Consumption of alcohol or use of marijuana or other impairing substances within 8 hours before the scheduled experience is strictly prohibited. Anyone who appears intoxicated or impaired will be refused participation, and no refund will be issued.

Minimum age is 13. Participants aged 13–17 must be accompanied on site by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older who has authority to provide consent.

Non-shooter seats may be available for an additional fee of $25 per person, subject to space and advance approval. A maximum of 2 non-shooting guests can be accommodated. Non-shooter seats must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Participants must bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport on the day of the experience.

Closed-toe shoes are required. Sandals, flip-flops and high heels are not permitted. Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor desert conditions is recommended.

This activity takes place outdoors in the Nevada desert on uneven, unpaved terrain. Guests should be prepared for seasonal heat, cold, wind and dust.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
