For customer traveling to go to our cruise location on their own : Must be ready at our cruise location Dock 16, Tuan Chau Maria Island before 11.45 AM.

Customer must provide their hotel location for the transfer service.

Children must be accompanied by an adult

Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions ( For those book the transfer service )

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants

All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
