This activity is recommended for ages 5 through 65. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For the safety and comfort of all participants, there is a maximum weight limit of 110kg (240lbs).

For your safety, closed-toe shoes (sneakers or hiking boots) are mandatory. Please avoid sandals or flip-flops, as these cannot be secured during the activity.

We recommend athletic wear or long pants to ensure maximum comfort while wearing the safety harness. To prevent snagging in the pulleys, please avoid skirts, short-shorts, and loose accessories such as scarves or long jewelry.

No alcohol or drug consumption is permitted prior to your flight. Guests under the influence will not be permitted to participate.

All participants must follow the verbal and signaled instructions of their guide/instructor at all times. Non-compliance with safety directives will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
