Pickup starts at your hotel in the Lakeside area, then a short private drive up to Sarangkot (1,592m), Pokhara's main paragliding launch point. Your certified tandem pilot runs through a quick safety briefing and gets you geared up.
From the launch, it's a few running steps forward and then you're airborne. For 25 minutes you glide above Phewa Lake, terraced fields, and small villages, with Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Lamjung Himal, and Himchuli in view across the valley. Eagles and vultures often ride the same thermal currents nearby.
Landing happens on a stretch near Lakeside, close to where the day started. Your pilot handles the whole flight — no steering, no prior experience needed. A private vehicle takes you back to your hotel afterward, and your photo and video package is ready to send once you're back.
