"French Croissant", "Pain au chocolat" & "Pain au raisin" hand-made and freshly baked? We will provide the apron and utensils you need to craft your own. The techniques guaranteeing a successful baking come with full explanations and your hands will do the rest:
- Making and kneading the dough

- Tips & advice for proper proofing and resting of the dough.
