Original pesto recipe with Genoese DOP basil and all its ingredients, warm Genoese focaccia and fresh Prosecco You'll make the original Genoese pesto with basil later, together with Tiziana, who has presented her with the certificate from the Pesto World Championship, held in Genoa every two years. Tiziana is a finalist and will lead you through the ancient tradition of pesto brawling. Everything is done in her historic apartment, located on an ancient Genoese street and dating back to the 1700s.

I welcome guests from all over the world to my beautiful home in historic Genoa, where we'll share an Express pesto experience with Tiziana, a finalist at the World Pesto Championships in Genoa. The experience includes a pesto tasting with freshly baked Genoese focaccia and a glass of chilled prosecco to toast everyone together.
