The lesson takes about 2 hrs during which you will be explained how to make a really good pizza using their longstanding traditional family recipe.
Afterwards it is time to put aprons on and start working on the already prepared dough!!!
Accompanied by the staff you will follow instruction on how to toss the pizza in the air and have lots of fun making your own “Pizza Margherita”, two minutes in the wood fired oven and, hey presto is ready to enjoy!!!
