An Experience Not to Be Missed
Experience the tastes and aromas of the Plitvice region through an authentic outdoor cooking workshop, set in the warm, rustic surroundings of our home.
We begin our culinary journey with a traditional welcome – homemade brandy, liqueurs, and local cheeses. Together, we prepare traditional dishes over an open fire: bread and meat under the bell (lamb and veal), roasted vegetables, a fresh seasonal salad, and creamy polenta. We also fry sweet fritters, served with homemade jams.
You’ll take part in every step of the preparation – from kneading the dough to seasoning the meat – and finally, we all sit down together to enjoy a rich, homemade meal.
This workshop offers more than just food – it brings together people, tradition, and nature in an unforgettable experience.
