The basics of our shop are (usually) 28 buckwheat noodles with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% flour, but this is the plan without the original wheat flour of buckwheat!

Tempura is made from 100% rice flour.Rice flour tempura is sometimes harder to connect and coat than regular tempura, but this one is cooked by a Japanese food craftsman using professional techniques.

Handmade soba is suitable for halal correspondence.Soba making uses only buckwheat flour, flour and water.We only use halal certified soba sauce.
Our experience does not include pork or lard.
We also use halal certified soba sauce.
If the ingredients of tempura are also halal, fish and vegetables will be the main ingredients instead of shrimp.
