Our restaurant is not a tourist cooking class, but a hand-made soba restaurant where local customers actually come to eat.The craftsmen, who have been making buckwheat noodles for more than 10 years, provide careful support from mixing buckwheat flour to kneading, stretching and cutting.

【Gluten-free】

Experience the traditional Japanese soba made from 100% buckwheat flour without using flour.

Towari soba requires skill because it dries more easily and cuts more easily than regular buckwheat noodles. They use high-quality buckwheat flour from Hokkaido and make authentic Towari soba with the support of craftsmen.

Rice flour is used instead of flour for tempura, and Japanese chefs cook freshly fried.
