The Premium Snowshoeing lasts 4 hours and is more thorough experience than the Scenic option. The tour includes a light yet nutritious meal by a bonfire, in the forest and a PyhäExpress chair lift ticket to the top of Pyhä (weather permitting) for the best possibly views across the Pyhä-Luosto National Park and beyond!

Pyhä Fell offers many opportunities for photographing the changing landscape and and the surrounding nature. The frosty snow starts to cover the trees up in the fell right when the first sub-zero temperatures arrive and the warm and moist air starts to rise from the valley to the top of the fell. Photographers especially are mesmerized by these fairytale-like snow monsters and the different shapes and sizes the snow creates around the trees. Depending on time of year, you may also capture the Polar night sunrise/sunset colors or halos around the sun on a frosty winter day. Camera is a must-have accessory for the Premium snowshoeing tour!

After visiting the top, we will walk down to the Pyhä-Luosto National Park into the depth of the Arctic taiga forest! The tour can and will be tailored based on the clients’ request.
