Your naturalist guide will lead you to the best observation points along Halema’uma’u crater. Listen to your guide tell you about the vast changes that have happened over the last years to create what we currently see today. Please note our total duration for all stop in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is approximately 4 hours.

Nahuku - Thurston Lava TubeTake a short half a mile walk through the native forest and the lava tube itself. Listen to your guide tell you about the native plants that surround this beautiful trail. Walk through a portion of around 600 feet of the lava tube and marble at the sheer volume of lava that was flowing through there in the past.
