The chef will use your plates and cutlery so please make sure there are sufficient plates and cutlery for all your guests.
Each menu will differ in preparation time depending on its complexity and the number of guests eating. Therefore, your chef arrival time may vary between 1 and 2 hours prior to the eat time you have requested.
On the day of your event we politely request that you keep the kitchen, and any areas the chef is working, pet free.
