Chocolate, like sugar, is central to St. Lucia’s legacy. Join our 2-hour guided Chocolate Tour to learn the history and process of creating organic chocolate from our own estate. Witness the famous “Cocao-rina Dance” which is a Fond Doux Eco Resort exclusive experience and then receive hands-on training in making your very own chocolate bars with our chocolatiers!
What to know: Arrive 10 minutes before start time. Tour is offered daily from 8 am. Advanced reservations are advised; walk-ins will be accommodated if space is available.
