You will meet Siham & Karim, who will welcome you for a meal at Riad Ambre & Epices, in the heart of the Medina.
Taste traditional Moroccan cuisine in the company of Chef Fatima. You will be welcomed with traditional mint tea!
First, you will discuss the menu choices for you, which will consist of the best and most typical Moroccan dishes. Then, you will go with the team to the old souk. Strolling through the souk to purchase fresh ingredients will allow you to learn more about Moroccan culinary culture.
Once you return from the market, you will start preparing!
Ultimately you can sit down and enjoy the meal with your group, or if you have chosen the private tour option, dine with your close friends and family and savor the home cooked meals.
