Overview
In this hands-on cooking class Chef Andrea will teach and guide you in creating a 4 course Italian meal. All recipes are made from scratch from seasonal ingredients and small antidotes are given along the way to understand why Italians cook the way they do.
All ages and skill levels are welcome and any one with a special diet can be accommodated, just let us know before-hand.
Once the food is prepared and ready, you will sit and enjoy your creations with a glass of wine selected for each dish. After the class all the recipes made will be emailed out so you are able to take a piece of Rome home with you!

A PRIVATE (only your group) hands-on cooking experience where you learn to prepare, cook and eat a full Italian meal; appetizer, pasta course, meat course and dessert! All ingredients are seasonal and fresh. We work with a farm-to-table concept. After our time in the kitchen prepping and cooking, you will sit and enjoy all your creations with a 4 glass wine flight to be paired with the meal.
