We offer free pick-up from hotels in Wulingyuan near East Gate of the National Forest Park or downtown Zhangjiajie, beyond which there will be an extra charge. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
