SATYRS "The Cellar" is a magical space where visitors will be able to travel in time and space from the very heart of Catalonia and all through the Mediterranean Sea until the heart of Greece.
During the activity participants will taste 6 wines from all over Greece and we will pair them with a local cheese and charcuterie selection in order to make the two ends of the Mediterranean meet and understend they common past.
All the wines are elaborated by small producers from all over Greece in a very traditional and artisan way, using only local grape varieties and grown organically or byodinamically. They all do spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and are botteled without any oenologic additives.
